Warmth- carriers, for example cherry pits, are heated separately with steam in a pan or with a few drops of water in a microwave. With your order you will receive 1 small bag filled with a choice of: a) cherry pits or b) grape seeds or c) rapeseed. All fabrics used are 100% cotton. Extensive hand-drawn user manual is included with the product.
